New management please
Best thing about this place is the maintenance team. Brent and Dante are fantastic guys. They’ve always done their best to help us with issues and they’re always so nice. Couldn’t tell you anything about the people who work in the office though. They’re inconsistent, unreliable, and never answer the phones.
-They’ve allowed some randos to enter my apartment without warning. No call, no maintenance request, zero communication. Just some random dude in my home while I’m half dressed.
-They... don’t respond to everyone in the app when asked questions, and when you call the office they don’t pick up. If someone does it’s an AI bot. Every time I’ve asked or called regarding having my work vehicle registered with their new parking policy cause they can’t tell me how to go about it. No call, no message in the app, no email. Nothing. They pretend not to see some comments but respond to others. More inconsistency.
-There is a hole in my closet ceiling and possible water damage and mold because they’re too incompetent to relay issues to maintenance. Wynter, one of the managers, left me a message on April 15th saying someone would be in my apartment at 2pm to complete the issue and they never did. That’s on management. When I go to the app, you can see there was never even a request put in. How is maintenance supposed to know issues if they aren’t communicated?
